    We hope you love what you ordered, in case you don't—perhaps it's a little too big or the style just isn't so you- we have a 365-day satisfaction guarantee.

    You have up to 365 days to return items purchased online. In case the return request is processed within the first 180 days, the full amount will be reimbursed to your credit card. After 180 days, the refund will be made in the form of Mensuas Points.

    Please keep in mind that customer takes full liability for all postal charges and returns shipment costs.

    Daily Deal, Closeout Items and any item discounted by 40% or more from regular price are non-refundable items and all sales are final in these cases. All items purchased during a “Buy 2 get 1 free”, “Free gift promotion” or any of these types of promotions are non-refundable.

    Requirements for Returns
    • The products must be submitted online for return request within 365 days of Mensuas shipping the items to you.  From the moment you receive an approval on your return request, you have 365 days to have the merchandise arrive at our warehouse.
    • All products must be received:
    • New (never worn or washed).
    • Clean and without any odours or markings.
    • In original packaging and with all tags attached.
    We inspect all items received and they must meet our standards of acceptability as per the conditions outlined above. Credits or charges due will be issued to the original credit card used for the purchase. Upon receipt, our goal is to process your request within 7-10 business days.
    How to Return Goods
    Follow all steps above in the “Returns Policy Procedure” to properly request return approval.
    Important Notes About Returning Underwear Products
    • Please make sure all tags and packaging are intact, and that items are packaged to protect their shape.
    • When you buy items from us, you appreciate that they always arrive in brand new condition.  Because of this, we must require that all returned merchandise that you purchase and try on is worn over your own clean underwear.  All returned underwear and other items with a crotch are closely examined and tested: we never put previously worn items back into our inventory. If an item doesn't pass our inspection, we cannot accept it as a return.
    • We suggest you do not wear cologne or deodorant when trying on your purchase. These can leave marks or scents, which may make the item non-returnable.
    • We are committed to selling only brand-new, pristine items. So, for the peace of mind and health of all our customers, we reserve the right to refuse returns on items that may not meet hygiene and health regulations.
    • Because we approve a return request, does not mean that we will refund the payment.  A return request approval means that we will accept the product(s) in question to be sent to us.  Ultimately, the return will be accepted or refused after we have inspected the merchandise.
    Special Notes
    • Late Returns - If more than 365 days have passed since your package was shipped to you and you have not applied for a return, then we cannot accept the return.  Also, if you applied for a return request and we have approved the request, you have 365 more days to get the item to our warehouse.  Failure to return the item(s) to us within 365 days of the return request approval will cause the return to not be accepted.  We reserve the right to accept or refuse a return after the expiration dates have passed.  If accepted, a $10 or 20% re-stocking fee (whichever is greater) will be deducted from your refund.
    • Final Sale Items - Items that are purchased through a buy a certain amount and get a free piece or any similar promotion are not eligible for a refund; an example of this would include a promotion that offers, “Buy 2 Get 1 Free” or “Free gift promotion”. Items that are on sale by 40% or more from the regular price are not eligible for a refund.
    • Excessive returns, as determined by Mensuas management, will not be accepted. If Mensuas feels that our liberal return policy is being taken advantage of, we will no longer accept returns from that customer.

    How do I sign in to my account?

    Click on Login and enter your email address and password to sign in. If you forgot your password, don’t worry, just click on the Forgotten Password link and we will email you your password.  If you have not yet created an account on then simply click on the Register button and sign up for a free account.

    Where is my order?

    To get an update on your order, go into My Account to check the shipping status. Once the order ships, you will receive an email confirmation which will contain a tracking number. Orders usually ship within 48 hours (Monday through Saturday).

    What does it mean when an order is Processing?

    This means that your order is in our system and our warehouse is working on getting it out.  Processing comes shortly before Shipped.  In the rare occasion that we encounter a problem with your order, we will contact you.

    Do you back order items?

    We keep very high levels of stock in most of the brands that we carry, so we usually have one of the most extensive inventories in the industry.  In the rare occasion that we run out of an item just before you put your order in, we will not back order it, instead, we will refund immediately upon finding this and send you a note to explain what occurred.  The rest of your items will ship right away and no delays will be caused.  Again, this is a rare occurrence.

    How can I know if you have stock of a particular item?

    Our system updates inventory more than once per hour for every single item that we carry, so if you see an item on our site, then it is in stock.  There are very rare occasions, where someone will buy an item minutes before you and this will cause a few minutes where the item shows in stock, but ran out.  Should you order an item that we do not have, we will immediately refund you for that item and explain it to you.  We constantly restock our inventory with most manufacturers, so we do not stay out of stock for long.

    Do I have to pay sales tax?

    Sales tax is only charged to Florida ship-to addresses and the rate is 6%. 

    Can I pay with a personal check, cashier’s check, bank check or money order?

    We do not accept personal checks, cashier’s check, bank check or money order.

    Can I order something that is not offered on your website?

    There are times where this may be possible.  Simply E-mail us at and let us know exactly what you are looking for.  Please provide us with the most amount of detail about the product as possible, and if you could send a link to the item on another website, that would be helpful.

    The sale said buy 2 and get 1 free, I added 2 into my cart but did not any free?

    It is because you have to add all 3 products into your cart to receive the free item.


    How are orders shipped out?

    You can expect to receive your package via the United States Postal Service or FedEx.  Shipping options are available on the checkout page when you are completing your order.  We ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, as well as residential and business addresses.  All U.S. orders are shipped with delivery confirmation which will show proof when the item is delivered.  Most international orders, depending on your countries postal service, are sent with delivery confirmation.  Insurance is an option at checkout and we highly recommend that you insure your package.

    When will my order arrive?

    As soon as you order we will send you a confirmation e-mail to let you know that we received your order.  Once our warehouse has completed the shipment we will send you an e-mail so you can know to look out for the package.  Depending on your location (domestic or international) and the type of shipment you chose (standard or priority) your package will vary, but orders can average between 2-3 days in the U.S. or 15-30 days internationally, from the time your package gets picked up by the delivery company.

    Do you ship discreetly? 

    Everything is shipped in plain packaging and with no stickers, slogans or pictures on the outside of the package.

    Simple Returns

    How do I return an item?

    First, make sure that your desired return merchandise qualifies as a returnable item, by visiting our Return Policy page.  Then please log into your account and go to the order history to find the specific order in which you are referring to start the return procedure. If you did not create an account then send a forgotten password to the email address used on the order. Remember to manually type the new password because if you copy and paste the password then it will not work.

    How can I exchange an item?

    To avoid confusion, we allow items to be returned, as explained in the Return Policy page on our website, but not exchanged.  If you return an item that is eligible to be returned, we will credit your account and you can place a new order when you are ready.

    How do I know whether an item is on clearance or otherwise non-returnable?

    Once I send back my return, how long does it take for the credit to appear on my account?

    What is the Mensuas Referral Program?

    The Mensuas Referral Program is a bonus specifically set up for current customers who successfully refer a friend to sign up with Mensuas. Whenever such friend successfully signs up with Mensuas through your referral link your Mensuas Money account will be deposited with such referral bonus.

    How can I refer to a new user?

    After you become a registered Mensuas customer, log in to your Mensuas account, go to Referral and click the link Earn Now. It contains The Mensuas Referral link that you can either copy and paste into an e-mail or you can click on the Facebook logo to send or you can also import your friends’ E-mails by clicking on the “Import Contacts from Google” button. If your friend successfully signs up with Mensuas through such link or logo, you will be eligible to such referral bonus. However, please use your referral link reasonably and please strictly comply with the anti-spamming policy.

    What policy does Mensuas have against spamming?

    The purpose of Mensuas’ Referral Program is to encourage users to introduce Mensuas to their friends. However, Mensuas does not allow users to spam. Once Mensuas finds out that a user is sending out junk emails with a referral link, it will forthwith restrict such user's account.

    What should my friend do when he/she is referred to?

    Your friend must complete the following steps to get the referral bonus:

    What qualifications should my friend have to get referred?

    Your friend will be eligible for referral as long as he/she is not a registered Mensuas user yet.

    Mensuas is solely a web-based website.  Because we do not have the added expenses and footprint of a big-boxed retail store, we can keep prices low and offer you better deals.

    Do you have a printed catalog?

    We do not have a fully printed catalog, simply because the sheer amount of products and constant new additions that we bring in, but from time to time we will stock a printed catalog that showcases some of our products.  We will insert the printed catalog in your order when available.

    The fit is loose and lets you float a bit. The straps are not so stretchy and could use some more elastic. Overall good room and airiness.
