Even though this is a hanging pouch, it is surprisingly supportive and keeps everything where it should be. Thought that at some point it would give out. Nope! Great for all day wear and feels great, almost like wearing nothing at all!

I bought the medium size abd my waist is a 33. I am always between large and medium but this type of thing has to fit perfect or else it will look stupid if too loose. It is perfect. Very sexy.
