Well, Keeping up with the Kardashian star, Khloé Kardashian has given some serious relationship as well as fitness goals to her fans through an Instagram post. On July 13th, Khloé was seen working out in her garage with her boyfriend, Tristan Thompson. The youngest Kardashian sister and her NBA star partner were seen indulged into rigorous workouts in the snap. In the post, Khloé mentioned "Because we had taco, Tuesday night."
Breaking a sweat in her garage, the couple absolutely adored each other. This adorable couple never fails to leave their fans in an awe with their cute Instagram and Snapchat post. Earlier, the reality star gushed on social media after Thompson helped her family throw a surprise birthday party. The post said, "It's actually hard to put into words how special I feel and it's mainly because of this man right here!" As per a report published in US Magazine, the Good American designer wanted to keep her relationship private. However, a couple of days later, she posted a photo of the couples holding hands that said, "Thank you baby for treating me like a Queen every single day! Thank you to all of my friends and family for helping surprise me and for being the best anyone could ask for!!" Seems like the stunning lady just can't hide her feelings for the hunk.
In the recent post, the sizzling lady was seen purple gym gears while her shirtless boyfriend was flaunting his chiseled physique in a pair of broad shorts. It need not be mentioned that he should have had a pair of men's jockstrap on before indulging into such strenuous activities. Whether he had the right style of men's underwear or not, either way, his well-toned abs and biceps were something that every man needs to watch out need.
According to People.com, the stunning Kardashian sister later took to her app and website to explain the importance of switching workouts for losing weight. She said, "Our bodies are seriously smart. After only a few weeks of repeating the same exercise routine, the body will acclimate and adjust by figuring out how to use less energy and calories to accomplish the same thing. This means you're working just as hard as you were before but burning less fat. You don't have to work out MORE, necessarily, but you do have to workout SMARTER by always keeping your muscles guessing."
