Q: Do you take customer orders over the phone?

Q: What is Free Shipping?
A: Free Shipping is available for all orders shipped to all US addresses including Alaska and Hawaii, Canada and Mexico. International Shipping starts at $9.95.
Q: What is Inventory Control?
A: When you select your size and color for an item, when you add the item to the shopping cart, if the item is added, the item is in stock else the item is not available at this time, try select another color.
Q: How do I enter the New Customer promotion code or any promotion code I have received from Mensuas ?
A: When you checkout, the first screen you will enter your name, address, email address and phone number. There is also a field on this screen to enter a promotion code. Please enter the promotion code in this field before proceeding to payment information. The New Customer promotion code is good for your first order with Mensuas. You must register and create an account with Mensuas in order to use a promotion code.
Q: Do you stock all the items on your website?
A: Yes, all the items on our website are in stock and available for immediate shipping to our customers. If we run out of stock, we will notify you by email and quickly get the stock replenished. Most items can be replenished in three days.
Q: Do I have to register to place an order?
A: No, please browse for the items you like to purchase and when you check out, select the option to pay for the items without registering.
Q: If I pay for the items by credit card, when will you charge my credit card?
A: When you checkout and pay by credit card, your credit card will be authorized for the amount of your purchase. Your credit card will be charged for your purchase when your item ships from our distribution center in Ellenton, FL.
Q: How long does it take to ship my order?
A: Since we stock all the items in this website, most orders are shipped by next business day. We ship all customer orders by United States Post Office.
Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing the shipping information link on this site. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
