Mensuas Returns Page

At Mensuas, we want happy customers so we are offering our no hassle return policy on any unopened and not worn underwear, swimwear and jewelry items. You may return unworn, unlaundered swimwear, underwear or jewelry items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. All tags and packaging must be intact for the return. Customer is responsible for shipping charges and shipping the items back to us.

The following items cannot be return or exchanged:

Any items worn
Tags missing from items
Thong or G-Strings are not returnable, no exception
All Adult products including cockrings, bunngs, etc are not returnable.
All Clearance Sale Items are not returnable. All sales on Clearance Sale Items are final.

Excessive Returns or Abuse Policy

Excessive returns or abuse of this policy will result in a 20% restock fee. Also if you send it back and have worn the item, removed the tags, the items will be return to you.

If there is a problem with your order, please email us at info@mensuas.com or call us at 866-964-8765. We will make every effort to correct the situation. Any errors of our part and we will pay for the items to be returned to us.
