How do I return an item?
Satisfaction Guaranteed!
If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase from Mensuas, we will gladly accept a return of any new, unused item with its original tag for exchange or refund with your receipt.
Due to the intimate nature of many of our products we can only accept the return of unworn items. The basic rule of thumb for underwear – if you try them on, they are not returnable. This keeps us in compliance with Florida and US health regulations. We recommend, when considering a line of underwear with which you are not familiar, purchasing one to check on the fit and style before committing to a large purchase. Returns and exchanges are allowed for the following items:
- Swimwear with exception of thongs
- Items with manufacturing defects
- Mensuas error
- Unworn underwear with the exception of thongs
All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery. Manufacturing tags must be attached and any manufacturing packaging must be included.
Excessive returns and/or abuse of policy will result in a 20% restocking fee.
Clearance items are final sale and are not returnable.
