Size Medium fit my 33" waist perfectly.  (if using as a swim suit you may want a size smaller)   The string sides and center strap are very comfortable, even tho they are narrow strings.  Front pouch is adequate for 90% of us guys. Colors are vibrant. October 5, 2012 Reviewer: So Cal Thong from CA   Generally not a fan of G-Strings as they offer minimal support and benefit.......but I really like this product.  Great fit and nice material.  Has the ability to really provide a support.  I like the fact that the string is made from same material and shows attention to detail......which is why I purchased.  I am very pleased with the CM product line-up! A little roomier than Joe Snyder brand models but I like and have these for both brands, also for several diff styles and colors (thong, g string, Brazilian, cheeky boxers, boxers, etc).
