The material and quality are very good. I purchased the small size as I am about a 30-32 and it fits great. The pouch is a nice size so I'd recommend the smaller size if you are between two!

Like the name says, Intymen Sport thong is a sport thong but one of the better ones I have found. Good support for running, biking or working out at the gym...great looking also, comfortable and fits very well
